Code 43 (22re) question

So im getting a code 43 and my manual says its a starter signal for diagnosis it says no "STA" signal to ecu until engine speed reaches 800 rpm with vehicle not moving.
For Trouble area it says: "ig switch circuit" "IG switch" "ECU"
Well my Question is could somone explain the diagnosis and how it works, and to where and how to test the
"ig switch circuit" & "IG switch"

And then would this cause a irregular idle and power loss?

Sorry man no clue. Could "IG" mean "Ignition" as in ignition switch/circuit?
