Click Click goes the key

1986-SR5-4x4-99,XXX miles
When I try to start my truck I get all I get is a click from somewhere on the passenger side dashboard firewall area.
Upon troubleshooting I found that I am not getting voltage to the solenoid. I tried with the clutch pressed and with the clutch switch override button pushed.

Please, someone tell me where my problem may be.
Thanks,
David

Sorry... ABSOLUTELY NO VOTAGE to this connector that connects to spade connector on starter solenoid?

Manual or auto transmission? Manual or auto transmission would be slightly different troubleshooting.
Absolutely no voltage to starter solenoid control coil (that connector^^^) could mean:
1) Clutch safety switch not closing (Manual), AND
2) Clutch safety cancel switch not working (Manual).
3) No power to neutral safety switch or the neutral safety switch itself, or wiring to it bad (auto).
4) No power to starter relay or wiring to and from it bad (Edit 10Nov2016)
