cleaning out the inside of a frame

Seems to me that most yotas rust in the rear along the shock mount. Also seems to me that my frame is absolutely full of mud and crap right around there, which sounds like a good way to rust a frame to hell.

What's the best way to get that stuff out of there? What do you guys do? Run a hose in one of the drain holes till the water comes out clear?

I don't want my frame to rust

Thanks

exactly that. I use a spray nozzle on the end of hose and just blast every hole you can find moving it in every direction till clear water comes out of every hole. U can also go to the back of your truck and shoot straight down your frame where the boxed frame is open. That works pretty good.
