Carb kit manufacture question

I rebuilt the carb on my 89 22r yesterday after the napa echlin kit started giving me trouble after 4 years and 27000 miles . The kit had come with the wrong instructions ,to say the least I was not impressed with the napa kit.
This time I used the jp sorenson kit from autozone and it seems to be working good so far and was less expensive . The thing I noticed is both kits have the same long island address , but the autozone kit has standard motor products inc on the box, but the napa kit does not. I just found out the napa kit is made by the same company, so why pay more for the napa kit because the quality does not seem to be better.

Why buy things cheaper at Walmart if you can pay more at the local hardware store.

Just the way the pricing works out do you have a Commercial Account at Autozone?? Napa ??

It is so much easier for me to make a phone call and have parts delivered if I pay a few dollars more it is still cheaper in the long run.

One must also be real careful is this company making said carb kits or only repacking after pulling them out of the container that came from the pier ??

It is possible that they are packaging the kits for the companies .There are a few different parts in the kits , i am curious to see how the auto zone kit holds up.
