BUT cant find one with a good bed and mine is toast i have searched high and low for beds for cheap but no one around me has anything ( if they do its as bad as mine and they want 800$ for it . anyone ever know of someone who put a ranger stepside/flareside bed on their yota? i found 3 of those beds basically mint and for pretty cheap...... anyone have advice?

yeah nevermind to find all the prices you have to go through a few pages but the beds are 1,800 dollars... so thats probably out of the question..
you could also try a tacoma stepside if you like them, i think that one has been done before?

Pretty much the whole passenger box side is beat ta hell... i could always buy a new side from my dad (hes been doing auto body work for 35 years) hes got all the hook ups for real cheap. All you do is cut the old panels off and weld on the new ones. Better get good at MIG welding tho.. as welding thin steel is a pain. Im a millwright so i do ALOT of welding.. and it can b a challenge for me. Usually my dad brazes on most things... but thats become somewhat of a lost art.
