bleeding the power steering system??
i just rebuilt my power steering pump (resealed really) and now the dam thing doesn't have ps unless the engine is really revving. i am attributing this to air in the system since i resealed the pump. anyone know how to bleed the air out of the power steering system 0n a 96 runner v6?

Use search! It took me literally 30 seconds to find this:

i saw that thread but it doesn't explain how to bleed the pump. its geared more towards how to bleed the rear antilock system using that bazillion dollar dealership tool. my issue is with the pump itself and not so much with the rear antilocks that are indirectly tied into the ps pump system.
