Best Junkyard Mods

I've gathered a few items over the years from pick&pull yards. 1st gen rollbar for my 2nd gen, 2 sets of Aisin hubs (1 set for spare), Inclinometer, Brush guard( Toyota), 2WD Auto shift knob (didn't like the skinny one 2WD one is beefier), Swing arm tailgate, Sunroof and a second tow hook. Other stuff that weren't mods are Both front doors, one rear door and hood (all donors were the same color so no painting needed), driver seat, rear carpet, antenna, both front calipers, both front rotors resurfacible, tail lite lenses, grill, front bumper, Fan and shroud, distributor, head (right side machined), cruise control buttons (lettering worn off old ones), fan speed control (5 of them),rear window switches, 2 power window motors (one from a Celica) and probably a bunch more. Oh almost forgot since this tread would be useless with out mentioning horns...
6 volt 1940's chevy horns wired to a momentary contact switch. These baby's will knock your dentures out and cause partial loss of hearing for up to an hour.

I haven't had a chance to get to a junkyard but a guy that comes into my buddy's store said if either of us hook him up with finding cars he can buy for the junkyard he owns he'll give us a percentage (he said around $100 per car/truck we find him).
And if we find him enough he said we're allowed to go in and pick parts for free, so hopefully I can find a couple cars he can buy and make some extra money and some free parts

From: West Virginia : the state not near Richmond!
Windshield, bed corners, fender, cab top, and one corner of that chrome winshield trim for now, what's the difference between the regular gauges and the sr5 gauges? Plan to pick up soon as I get some cash, bullet hole rims, much louder horn, couple of trim pices off the dash ( stuffs so fragile on mine), another heater knob tip thing, another tow hook, and depending on the differences and if I can find a set maybe a set of sr5 gauges.
Also will a newer model taco hood (one of those with the nice lil' hood scoop) bolt on fit an 87'pu? If so add that to the above list.

Doors
Off a 92 parts rig that should be in a junk yard: Power steering box, glove compartment, mirrors, old Alpine CD deck, pioneer speakers, door locks, front fenders, hubs/ front axles, brake booster
Best $800 bucks I ever spent!!! (Seriously though, that was way too much. Anyone in New England Area, I got parts!!! lol)

The only thing big as texas in NE is the liberal B.S. I put up with around here.
There's a great junkyard 5 min from my house. Everything is basically priced on X amount of beers...

So I went to my first pick n pull today...
Well, I went with a buddy last year for his car but this was my first trek for my truck
Scored a second tow hook for the front for $2.87 - not bad.
However, I got back to the checkout with a power window motor and switch from a Camry, and a couple tension rods for my Datsun, and DAMN! these guys charge a lot!! $28 for the window motor, $12 for the switch, and $18 each for the tension rods! Yipes! I put them all back and just got the tow hook....sigh.
Couple questions:
1) Do the junkyard gods frown on those who's desired (overpriced) parts accidentially fall into thier tool bag before they buy other parts upon leaving?
2) I've read that power window motors for Toyotas are pretty much identical. I pulled one from a 1991 Camry today, and from a 1991 pickup - they looked the same but had different part numbrs (both of which didn't match up to the part number I found on www.toyotapartszone.com).
Both had 7 teeth, which I think is the common Toyota gear pattern?
Also, motors are the same for passenger and driver side, correct? Part numbers were same in toyotapartszone....
Here is the Camry motor:

Here is the pickup motor:

Also, while I was there I spotted a 1983 Supra and it had the AFM still in it:

I've read that the 1982 Supra AFMs are a direct swap for 22REs in our trucks, but does this one fall into that category? Are there any CA SMOG implications for this swap?
Thanks all!
So, would any of these motors work with my 1987 4runner?

Can someone answer my question about window motor compatability?
It seems more and more that these motors among pretty much all 1980s Toyotas are interchangable, even with different part numbers.
Here's an example of an aftermarket replacement motor for a 1987 4runner:
http://www.1aauto.com/1A/WindowMotor...unner/-/-/1987
And here's an example of an aftermarket replacement motor for a 1990 Camry:
http://www.1aauto.com/1A/WindowMotor...83/356011/1990
And...here's an example of an aftermarket replacement motor for a 1984-95 Pickup:
http://www.1aauto.com/1A/WindowMotor...83/356048/1995
They all three have the same part number on this site: 1AWPM00083
All look the same and have 7 teeth on the gear.
I'm pretty confident this same motor was used in all these vehicles from Toyota and are interchangable....can someone confirm for me that it's plug n play?
AND....am I alone in thinking that junkyard prices are a little over the top and liberating an occasional part (with purchase of others) isn't the worst thing in the world? If not, set me straight, but nicely please

Yeah, well I don't have the old plug as I actually converted my passenger window to manual about 7 years ago when the motor gave out...so I don't have the old motor's plug, nor the regulator, or switch (I wasn't as savvy back then about saving parts...even broken ones).... :/
I think finding a switch and regulator are going to be harder than finding a motor that works, to be honest!
I want to eventually do the 1988 door panel swap, but those are near impossible to find...
