Bearing Cap on an 3.0

Bearing Cap on an 3.0
Anyone having problem on the bearing Cap # 1 bolts on both Cylinder head that it strip the inside thread? it has strip the second time on me and I wonder how do you guy's fix it? I try using heli-coil but the thing is that the metal round that goes there is blocking the way, how to remove that too? Any idea? thanks in Advance.
