BAZ Truck has been Recycled

Hey Guys,

After an unfortunate Theft and Accident, BAZ was forced to sell His wrecked truck. I purchased it and Recycled the box, doors and seats.

I'm pulling the frame on original truck in the next few days, and will probably build a SA Trailrig out of it. Thanks BAZ.

Kiwi.

I'm confused... there's even a Buick emblem on the grill; that's awesome!

I kinda want to put Oldsmobile on mine now...

or maybe Lincoln...

or Cadillac!

Looks good though man; you're a little body work and a paint job away from a brand new looking truck!

oh ok, nevermind... there is a Buick motor in it, lol

that's kick ass man. you should put the superchanger they have in the Park Avenue Ultras on it, that would be killer!

On a side note, that radiator... it's that the replacement one Advance Auto Parts sells? It looks strikingly similar to mine. The reaons I ask is because when I installed mine, it was too tall and hit the hood when I tried to shut it; I had to cut away part of the structural support of the hood to get it to close! If it is that radiator, did you have to do the same or did it fit no problem?

Hey bleeder,

I redrilled and dropped radiator down 3/4", $118, from Carquest.

L67 S/C is going in BAZ, 94' former frame and cab.

No problem, Kiwi. Looking good, glad to see you breathe some new life into her.

Keep us updated on the build, post lots of pics. I'll check on pirate every now and then also. I dont know if you need them or not, but I have the mudflaps sitting in my closet at the moment, and a sweet IFS sticker I never ended up putting on it.

:EDIT: Where's my sweet rear bumper with the yotatech sticker on it?

Haha, there it is.

PM me your #, I must not have saved it in my phone. I was trying to see if I could find some paperwork I had for it but I think it got lost in the move back here from AZ. The timing chain/guides were done right around 109K along with the clutch, flywheel, and various other maintenance. It should run like a Rolex. Oh, and the battery was new as of a week prior to the incidednt. I replaced all belts like 3K miles ago also.

And Allan, search for posts under my name and you'll find all the info you need about the incident.

Haha, well I don't think it could lead to anything potentially swampthingish, but hell, you never know.
