Only thing I can think of next is your rail is plugged for that injector

FOUND IT!!!! it was the valves... I found that the third cylinder exhaust valve was very tight. I went and reset all the valves to factory spec and she runs like a top now. Thanks for all the help guys!

kind of odd it didn't show up in a compression test, but none the less glad you got it fixed!
