i got a pick up with a 22re and a auto tranny. I belive i have a blown hg from what people have told me and my tranny in shifting super hard. i have ask a few people what i should do about the tranny and they said to clean the screen in it because it dosent have a filter. would this make it any better? if not got any ideas.

 

change the fluid and filter. See a service manual. I can scan directions from my haynes if needed.

 

I agree change the fluid and filter...takes 4.8 quarts on change...very easy to do. Made a world of difference in how my trans works.
