Question anyone know where this goes? PICS!! (updated)

was workin on the truck the other day and got under it to drain the coolant and found this little guy hangin down. looked around and couldnt figure out where it went. sorry for the crappy pics, but any ideas? it runs along that bottom crossmember the skidplate bolts to

hahaha, hold on, maybe i should go check the alignment on my rotary girder. i think the flux capacitor overheated and threw it out of wack

4wd still working? looks like the wire that goes from the actuator for the light on the 4wd.

+1 on 4wd indicator.
There's a little plug right behind the front crossmember where the diff mounts.
I'm sure it's covered with gunk and mud, take the pressure washer to the front mount, and you'll see it.

Yes that plug is off one of your sensors for 4wd, without it plugged in your 4wd won't engage, it's off 1 of 2 sensors located on the front diff, not hard to find, one on the front or the one on the back, it's for your ADD diff so it's pretty important.

alright, got underneath it again and i still cant seem to find where the plug goes. i see the one end goes straight into the diff, but no idea where the other end hanging down goes to. does anyone know at least what to call it so i can search the internet?

it plugs into the main engine harness on the driver front corner. by the oil filter if i can recall right.
