anyone have headers on a 2WD plz post
i have downey headers for a 3.0 v6 that came of a 90 4wd 4 runner.
i was looking under my truck (89 2wd pick up) and it looks like they might not fit because of the torsion bar.
So my question is does anyone have headers on their 2wd?

Sorry for the hijack- well if it's a column shift automatic 2wd... they ARE impossible to find. If it's a floor shift auto or stick, there shouldn't be any problem finding them- Thorley offers them but they're pricey... and iirc, pacesetter does too.

/me just got confuzzled...
Downey has http://downeyoff-road.com/EngineComp...tHeaders.html-
... partway down... street-legal headers for a 22r/re (4cyl): EO #D-165-9...
and further down... street-legal headers for a 2/3RZ (4cyl) : EO #D-165-9...
and even farther... street legal headers for the 3VZE (6cyl): EO #D-165-9...
and yet even more... street legal headers for the 2000-2002 V8 (8cyl): EO #D-165-9
How can 4 different parts for 4 different engines have the same California Exemption Order?
Truth is... they can't.
Just look at the recent requirements for converters in Cali and you'll get what I mean.
