If pin 4 of blower switch or connection of pin4 to gnd is broken, it would prevent heater relay from turning on because of no ground and because heater relay does not work there will be no power to AC and heater/ Blower fuses.

Note that system takes power from two places:
B wire (white wire connected to alt/battery) AND
B-Y (Blue wire with yellow stripe) connected to Ignition Fuse.

I wasnt sure if you or others knew about the fuses. There are 2 plugs on the main harness up on the firewall. One is for AC. The other is for the blower. The white wire that RAD is talking about that goes to the battery/alt is one that I seen not making a connection in the fuse box under the hood.

If I recall right, one was alway hot and the white one is the one that is hot only when key is on.
