Mine will occasionally do the lurching around sharp turns. but it only happens in parking lots where you are going pretty slow.

Do yourself a favor then, order it NOW!

I was in too big of a hurry to wait. For the wheeling I do the Lockright is fine anyway.

Yeah, I get it too.. But sometimes it gets bad! The suspension and driveline start to twist... fun times I just usually just press the clutch... no problemo!

I just emailed Aussie today and got a reply back saying "We are expecting to see our V6 model in the USA either in December or early January." From what gets said on here, though, I think I'll believe it when I see it.

What's the saying about the squeaky wheel....? Maybe if we all sent them five emails a day for a month... lol I'll probably just have to go with the Lock-right.

Or is the V6 diff significantly stronger than the 4 cyl that it would be a bad idea to swap in a 4cyl 3rd with an Aussie in it? Brand loyalty worth that much effort?

The 4 cyl and 6 cyl diffs are pretty similar in strength. The V6 has bigger (huge) bearings and a slightly thicker ring gear, I certainly haven't heard of lots of 4 cyls. breaking under load though.

I haven't either... If I wanted an Aussie and had a V6 3rd, I wouldn't hesitate to swap in a 4cyl 3rd and install it.
