I had this issue too and the solution for me was so simply stupid that I wanted to beat my head against the wall. In the cab on the drivers side open up the small kick panel and check your 10A fuse labeled engine. Let me know if that’s still good. I had an alternator go out on me 300 miles from home so I got the biggest battery that would fit and drove it. Anyway long story short I when through 3 alternators and 2 batteries only to find out it was that one fuse
