The what? Need a pic or a better explaination. The hubs are ugly? Paint them.

But those are made of plastic (with metal insert clips). I'm not sure what part would be described as a "steel center cap."

Here are images of the three steel caps that I could lay hands on.
My best recollection is that they came from factory steel wheels on a '92 4Runner.
Are these the type of cap that you seek???
