double check that the difference in the front height isn't being caused by something wrong in the rear.

Rear is all straight, I put coil spacers in awhile back and everythings seated correctly, I've double checked it all. I had to replace the torsion bar adjuster bolt last week so that's why I'm still tinkering with it. Forgot to mention that.

here's a little visualization project:
Take a rectangular piece of metal, wood, somthing stiff and hold it flat. Then press down on one corner and what happens? ... the opposite corner lifts?

So... is the distance from the rim to the fender on both of your rear wheels the same?
If so, then the frame is bent.
If not, is the rear wheel with more clearance diagonal from the low end of the front of the truck?
If not, we're back to the frame being bent... or both front and rear on the same side have issues.
If so, then maybe getting the torsion bars adjusted properly could solve the problem.

lammmeeee, im in the same situation as you..
im not to sure if my frame is bent. I took it to my buddys brother mechanic shop and he did my alignment and said the front is really good but the rear is out..
after i got new leafs it still pulls to the left.. i hope its not a bent frame.. im taking it to my other friends shop thoe.. he has wayyy more experience so hopefully we can figure out something.

Well I pulled on the rear since I have no bumper for now and it was pulling the opposite side, didn't have time to measure, I can do that tomorrow since I'll have more time to adjust torsion bars.

look i havent read all of this post but has any one mentioned that in lifting your rear alot you will need an adjustable panhard rod because on mine it was the cause of strange LEFT hand steering once on it was cool as cucumbers lol if u look on the rear your rear wheels may protrude up to one inch to the right (hence left hand steer) panhard cost me 270 dollar aus (of course this is only if your on coils) Not really any mention of this on this site but i noticced it one day while takin photos lol Bit drunk so hope this helps lol

Don't give up man - just because one guy at one shop said all that.
He just likes his normal day-to-day jobs for the soccer mom down the street.

First off, find a shop to do your lift the right way.
If you think the lift is already done the right way, the way you would do it then check that off the list and take it to an actual alignment shop.
My luck has been the best with the little Mom and Pop shops down the street with the hand written sign above and no neons.

They usually have more experience with modified rigs and thus are more willing to work with you and won't BS you.
I'm thankful for my dealer being so awesome about everything, they have installed two lifts for me flawlessly.

I will tell you this, though, when I did my coil spacer lift on my Runner I never got it to align correctly.
Coil spacers, to me, are a temporary fix until you can afford something better and more solid.

Like I said though, don't give up on your Runner because of one dude too lazy to work on it or too scared of being liable for something that might go wrong.
Tell him thanks for the time and that you won't be back.

Good luck,

Fink

Well I already have a panhard rod drop bracket from 4Crawler.

Thanks for the kind words Fink. I have come to the conclusion that I definitely need to find a better place for alignments. I have decided against BJ spacers though, its level as is and I'll probably get Downey HD coils later on... not sure yet. Still need to measure 4 corners today, I'll update with my findings later.
