ABS vs Non ABS Wheel Bearing job?

I have a 94 Runner with rear ABS. I ordered some Timken wheel bearings that were listed specifically for ABS models. They seem to have come with 2 retaining rings per bearing? Mine only had one in the same place as every writeup I've read. Inside of the bearing facing the differential. Did rock auto send me something wrong? Do I use these bearings and toss the extra ring? Here a pic of the new bearings and my bearing cup/axle.

I pressed in the bearings. They fit just fine. I still have no idea what the extra lock rings were for. I guess it doesn't matter if the bearings come with one or two lock rings.
