Ok, I've searched countless threads and can't seem to find exactly what I need. I hate to keep bringing up something I know has been gone over time and time again, but here goes...

I have an 87 4Runner and need to replace the M/C (leaking). While I'm at it, I figure I might as well upgrade to a DD booster and larger M/C, V6 calipers to follow. Question is, I can purchase a M/C and booster from a 96 4Runner, but it is an ABS equipped vehicle. Will this work, or do I need to stick to non ABS equipment?

 

I'm interested in this too; can you add ABS to a non-ABS vehicle, and if so, how?

 

Just to be clear, I'm not trying to add the ABS or anything, just replace M/C and Booster. Good question though.
