95' dash removal

Still hunting down a small water leak..I think it might be wiper drip pan thats connected to firewall..I have the top dash cover loose but can't seem to remove it from under the windshield..any ideas what's holding it?

I had a truck that leaked around the same area
Turned out it was a seam in the area where the fender apron met the firewall and wiper drip tray.

had to take off the wiper valance and fender to find it.

They sealed this up with seam sealer from the factory. Started rusting and the seam sealer let go. started rusting some more and made a hole into the cab where it would run down and pool on the floor.

If you don't find the problem where you are looking that would be my next guess
