So has anyone got an answer to this problem? I'm going through the same thing myself. All relays check out, and I replaced the EFI relay. Get the check engine light when I turn the key, and the fuel pump(new) is doing its job. But the EFI fuse blows as soon as I turn the key to start. The only things I see in the circuit that could be culprit are the AFM or TPS. O2 sensor wires are intact and still in factory mounts. Don't understand why it takes the fuse out when I turn the key to start.

 

I apologize for the delayed response life has been hectic, turns out it was the ECU that was bad, this explains injectors not getting pulse, developed a stalling issue same day i picked it up, and on Christmas eve it just died like the VAFM froze and it started choking, towed to my buddy's house pulled the cold air off changed the spark plugs to the Denso platinum TTS and put the new ignition coil in the truck fired up and has been running seamlessly ever since, was told that these 95 4runners are fineky.... so running bone stock and will continue to, thank you for all the suggestions
