95 4runner trans problem *searched...no luck*
I am looking at a 95 v6 2wd 4runner with 135k on it.
Allegedly the problem is that it won't go into reverse. All forward gears work fine, drives fine, no issues, but won't go into reverse.
Guy selling it said it needs a low pressure solenoid in valve body to engage in reverse.
I googled this...and searched here...with no luck.
This seems suspicious to me.
Your thoughts?
