95 4Runner Code 52

Heyo, I know there are extensive conversations regarding a code 52. I actively have one in my 95 4Runner 3.0 that goes in and out around every 80 miles, causing the usual low idle and bad gas mileage. My only other issues are that every now and then the engine wants to die after a warm start when driving around town, and runs just a little shaky when accelerating in second gear. Any advice and fix tips would be greatly appreciated!

If you read any of the extensive conversations, you know 1) Code 52 is hardly irrelevant, and 2) you need to replace the "pigtail" from the knock sensor to the connector.

No guarantee that will fix it, but leaving it alone is unlikely to help at all.
