95 3VZE Problem. Code 14

95 3VZE Problem. Code 14
I pulled the codes on my 95 4Runner tonight and came up with a code 14. It says "Ignition signal"
This doesnt tell me very much lol. What should I check out first. The vehicle runs ok but gas milage is way down compared to normal. Idle is inconsistant and the tachometer is sometimes low. Will say its idling at like 300 RPM when its clearly not.
