Haha... OH YEAH, i hear ya! I'm, I guess you could say "Yo'Capable" in some areas and "Yo'Fantastic" in others... yet still fairly Yo'tarded in quite a few, haha. Actually, all I really need to get down is a Trans Rebuild and maybe, well.... THE DASH SPAGHETTI SOUP dilemma, such as Climate control cable that's totally bound(have to flip the gate by hand, no big deal, lol)... and tackling something like a '3RZ or 1UZ' swap? That kind of wiring has me a lil intimidated... But I suppose, following instructions, I can do anything I put my mind to? lol.

Your Blueberry is looking SICK, Yotard! Last of the 2nd Gens, eh? How long have you had it? I've been wanting a 3rd Gen for some time... Just has to be the right deal, ya know? Motorless, etc., would be fine... Something CHEAP but very clean/capable, and I'll be down for a project

Yup last of the generation. Don't have the head gasket recall applying to me, 134a stock in the ac system. Some good things anyway. I have had it for 3 years now. I do all my own work. I am a machinist by trade and have a Bridgeport Mill in my garage and a south bend lathe. Helps a ton! I think I am going to build myself a TAG style rear bumper and ARB style front bumper since they are so expensive to buy.

Well I got them on. But I replaced the fan, one of the blades was broken off and I noticed a dent in the radiator when I had it off. I replaced the fan but broke off one of the four screws. Now I know that can't be good, but, really how bad is that? What might it cost to replace it? I'll be checking into myself but if someone has done that maybe you'll know. When ever I try to find these things its takes forever. The fan seems a little wobbly. Not sure what if look like before tho. Also, there a high pitch sound. I had it before, but is that a belt to tight or not tight enough?
thanks to all for your help so far. I still have a 92 toy truck to work on.

Depends on how bad the dent is...if it isn't leaking and you aren't over heating I would leave it.

Is it the bolts that hold the plastic fan to the clutch? A new fan clutch is around 50 bucks and probably the easiest way to fix your problem. Should come with new hardware.

If it is where the clutch bolts to the water pump, I would just put a new water pump on. If that is the bolt that broke then I would definitely do a new water pump.

You don't want all that weight from the fan and the clutch swinging around out of balance. It will destroy your water pump anyway from the vibration.

its one of the bolts that hold the fan on. I was concerned that it might bend the shaft going to the water pump. So I probly need to replace that for 50? I didn't look at it real close but is that going to be a problem for me? I other words how many hour will I be on this forum to get that done?

If its vibrating a lot then you should replace the clutch but if you can't tell a difference then just leave it with 3. I can't think that it would be that bad but give it a shot and see what it looks like. The clutch only takes 4 nuts and its off so its probably a half hour job to change out.

It doesn't seem to be vibrating, just wobbly. I'll leave it for now.
Thanks
