3.0 engine crossover exhaust pipe leaking. Looks impossible to replace without pulling engine. Is it possible for a real mechanic to swap out new one without pulling engine??

Its possible but not fun without a lift. Unbolt rear crossmember (trans mount attaches to) and lower it until you have enough clearance to get the crossover out. This may require unbolting a few other things but I am not 100% sure.

I've removed the crossover more than once while replacing a head gasket. I'm pretty sure it's first disconnected from the heads, then the heads come off, then you lift out the crossover. In other words, no picnic.
