94' 22re flywheel question

Hey guys, I'm sure the answers in a thread somewhere so sorry in advance. I have a 94 22re that I'm rebuilding and I got an aftermarket clutch for it. They sent out the clutch, thrust bearing, alignment tool and a small 6201 roller bearing. From looking at the chiltons guide it shows a roller bearing sitting in the center of the flywheel hole however this bearing is too small on the outside diameter and there wasn't a bearing in there when I took it out so I'm confused. If this is too unclear I will take pics tomorrow of what I'm talking about. Please note I am NOT talking about the bearing that attaches to the clutch fork and sits in the bell housing on the transmission side of the clutch. Thanks in advance. Also bonus question, when I took apart the block I assumed that the engine mounting brackets where identical, however, I noticed one has a R on it and the other has a L. Are these specific to one side or the other? Gonna try to drop the motor in tomorrow night so I thank you guys!

PS if you want to see my build...

Your saying when you took out your transmission there was no pilot bearing.

Now this bearing goes in the crank perhaps look again

Maybe you did get the wrong bearing in your kit

But depending on what manufacture of bearing it looks to be the correct number

The OD is @ 1.260" The ID is @.460" I just measured quick so I could be a few thousands off but close enough to tell if you have the correct one.

Also mine are a sealed bearing.

Right and left means right and left.

Hope that helps:jessica:

Right and left standing in front of the car looking into the engine bay?

OK so is the Pilot bearing suppose to be smaller than the hole in the flywheel? I have my engine on a stand so looking at the clutch side is hard to do. It will probably make more sense when I get the block on the cherry picker and can see the back end of that thing. Thanks man.
