Help: My son and I have done a ton of work on our 4runner 1991 3.0L manual. We need to replace the fuse box relay panel since it's splitting and causing a ton of electrical issues. How does it come apart from the top side? I've tried everything to get it removed. I've attached a picture of what it looks like
