just wondering if this is the reason why my pwr. locks aren't working??? and why would 2 spots on my fuse panel not have pwr?15A tail and 20A defog, everything else has juice

 

No smart keys in that era.

Inspect the wire harness at the tailgate corner it's probably pinched. That can short the integration relay box

 

Ok thanks I'll take a look-the integration relay box is behind fuse panel? correct?--I suspect blue and red wire (power supply) it's getting its power from a jumper to fuse box, when disconnected 0 power- 500.00 dollar beater but I like stuff to work making me nutz,lol
