On my 93 4runner all of the passenger windows go up and down with there own switch but none the window controls on the driver door work. However the power mirror controls still work.

Inspect driver-side master switch and wiring if defective.
Got schematic?
Got a multimeter? Next only to our senses, the multi-meter is...

I have a multi meter but no chart. It doesn't seem like the driver windows switches are getting any power at all but the whole master switch board might be bad.

Control switches usually do not get power. Instead they connect the "down" inputs to ground.
On driver-side control, Symptoms of the driver side master not working for all 4 windows point most likely to no continuity to ground. Inspect switch and wiring. There should be a common wire from switch to ground. Make sure that wire is not broken and is connected to good ground. Good ground is bare, shiny metal.

Again, schematic wud help a lot. I can help with schematic IF u have a first-gen

Dirty contacts in the master switch or a failed component internal. Master switch is the path to ground from the individual switch's, so it's ground (pin2) is good. Check for power on pin 8 a blue-red wire. Then Replace or repair master. It's going to have a fault in the automatic circuit logics

Wanna clarify. All 3 passenger windows work with each of their own controls, BUT driver's side master control switch does not work FOR ANY of the 4 windows, correct?

Pardon the confusion: I commented regarding clicking relays for the rear window. I will edit post above and move that comment to Rear Window threaf.

Cool. Thanks again.
So control board definitely works.
Now please start by accessing the pins of driver-side master switches. Look for ONE wire that should go to ground.
Look at Mirror switch and find wire that goes to ground. That color shud be same as gnd wire for window master switch.
AND, fellow members, pls share schematic to help Adam.
And also like mentioned above, inspect condition of switch.
And take pics so we know u did your homework.

It will be dirty contacts, a blown diode or a logic gate for the auto feature. All internal to the master switch, and should be repairable with standard parts or cleaning
