1996 Relay fuse

Hello: I'm wondering if there's a trick to remove the relay fuse? It's in there pretty tight- if I break it, I'll have to buy a new one and I'm not certain if I need a new one or not. When I turn the key, all lights, stereo, heater etc. work. But, it's not making a clicking sound, just no sound. Saw on YouTube, it might be the relay. Thanks in advance.

Fuse box

It sounds like your battery is dead, but if you're talking about the main fuse feeding your box, they are bolted in from each side, inside the box. I would suggest investing in a magnet on a stick and a couple sets of picks 2$ each at harbor freight. before cracking the box open. Disconnect the battery, remove the three 10mm bolts, turn the box upside down, stick picks in the tabs of the box and work your way around the box, pull the cover off. Take a picture with your phone before you take any wires off. There's two screws holding those fuses in. One side is more difficult , so the magnet helps there.
