'90 4Runner idles too high and stalls

'90 4Runner idles too high and stalls
Hey all,
So I swapped the fan bracket and reassembled the beast and took her for a test drive. The problem is now the engine idles too high at park (2K rpm) and when I'm driving the engine will cut out and won't restart for a while (between 3-10 mins). Not sure what's wrong here and I need to get this thing back on the road after Christmas. Thanks in advance for the help.
