Was able to get the bottom half done....






Got excited and cut too much off the bottom... hopefully JB weld can seal it good enough and not crack... any suggestions? Was thinking of just welding a small piece of sheet metal to cover it up...

Ah I see. Well, to be honest I don't know how to weld and not sure what to look out for regarding performance on a welder. This thing seems to do the job well so I guess I like it lol. Although the guys at the fab shop who did my suspension work are using a miller also

You can't see the bend on top of the fender.... after a few minutes of trying to get the dove tail working without cutting it off..... I decided to just scrap it.... took too long to get it to work without cutting it off.











JUST KIDDING!

That was the original plan so I'm sticking with it

im no expert on welding, and i dont weld, but it looks to me your gettin the hang of it pretty good fro a first timer. it takes nads to just go right in and go for it like that. got a pic of straigh tbehind it?
