90 4 Runner won't start

Just moved from Va to Pa, transported my truck on a u-haul car trailer. Drove onto the trailer in Va when I got to Pa won't start has no power at all no lights no door chimes nothing. I've check all fuses with a multi-meter all tested okay battery test at 12.27 volts so I should at least get lights. Any suggestions i'm thinking a bad negative battery connection or ground. Thanks

Did you test each fuse with the voltmeter from the tab at the top of the fuse to the battery negative post? Then again to exposed metal?

If you get voltage to the negative post but no (or much lower) to bare metal, the battery is not connected to ground. Anywhere. If you don't get voltage at the fuse (you didn't say how you used your multimeter to "check" fuses -- you could have just used an ohmmeter), then there is an open between that fuse and the battery positive. You could have opened one of the big fuses (40 or 80amp), or the fusible link. (Or you could be checking a fuse that is downstream of a switch; you need to be careful and systematic.)

PS You didn't check "all" fuses -- you don't even know where all the fuses are located! It's much more helpful (for you especially, but also for us) if you say which fuses you checked.
