IIRC the extra cab beds are only about 6 feet long, while the standard cabs are around 7 feet.***
They're both the same width though, around 5 feet...

Short bed is right about 6ft long tailgate closed.

Long bed is about a foot longer, but you can only get reg cab long bed, and it was pretty rare in 4x4..

I assume reg cab sb would be hard to find due to the short frame correct? Anyway I'm 5'9 so I'll squeeze by. Unless there was a extacab lb?

No ex cab long box...

The reg cab long box is the same length as the xcab short box, but its just not a common option. 2wd is a little more common.

i know ive looked this up and such but is it possiable to put a lb on a extra cab? i assume i would either have to extend the frame exhause driveline wiring ect. or move the wheelwells foreward a bit?
