i do not know which, if any, are direct fit (NO modifications needed).
pics of the driver side carpeted kick panel - about half of the staples are rusted/corroded away. the plastic is complete (no cracks, breaks, missing parts. the carpet appears complete, with a few minor stains. it still has the edge "trim" at the top and bottom. both fasteners are still attached (upper and lower) to the bolsters.

HOLY COW!!! Awesome thread. Seriously love your attention to detail. I looked hard for a clean 1st gen 4runner for a long time. Someday I plan to do a restoration/restomod similar to this. I'm in the last year of my ME degree now, so serious truck work has to wait.
I found the LEDs for the map light but they were tricky. I need to do some searching to find what bulbs they were. Even with LEDs, they aren't that bright.
Few questions:
Headlight housing and bulbs link?
Upgraded headlight harness?
Where did you buy all new front end parts? Grill, lights, bumper, etc, oem?
How did you take off the power mirrors without breaking them?
Do you have any spare parts for the mirrors? I had to do a custom fix on my driver’s side and would ideally like to get a factory piece of glass.
I just realized you are the same guy who is building a 4th gen on marlin crawler's website. Nice!

Headlight housings are IPF 7” Square - got them off Amazon. LEDs were also off Amazon - see pic in the build thread.
The front end is easy. I didn’t have to get a new chrome metal bumper - the OEM one was in supurb shape. The rest of the front end parts come off EBay or Amazon (grill, corners, valence, etc).
The Power mirrors some off pretty easy - two small flat head screwdrivers on the bottom plastic, pry up and out, and the two teeth will come out. Two screws inside and a plug to take the mirror off. Then the mirror glass comes out with one screw in the bottom, tilt all the way up or down, then pull up and out and it will come off the hinges inside.
I don’t have any spare mirror glass - this current one has OEM glass. My prior gray one was harder - I got 3 mirrors from a salvage yard that were slightly larger than OEM and used a mirror cutter to cut it to shape. Worked great on the 1st try, so never used the other 2 picked up in case I broke the first one.
Yes, I’ll have the 4th gen v8 at KOH this year! It’ll be heading to CA for the major fab work in mid-Oct. Will be an adventure for sure.

A trick with the softtopper is to get some black PVD piping about 4 feet long. Then start rolling the windows up with the bar inside.
That way you have a very straight rollup, looks much neater and it's much easier to do yourself, the bar at the end (back window) will fit juuuust over the wraps and you will feel that it's being held. You can then corner without angst

One more update. With the cooler weather, the Turbo is purring nicely. It literally feels 25% faster than in warmer weather. It's a pleasure to drive!
I've got a few small tweaks to make over the coming months, but nothing big. Still haven't found a suitable Drivers Gray Carpeted Kick-Panel. If anyone has a lead on one, let me know.
