I ordered some front door handles and bezel assemblies from rock auto that stated they were for the 87....i didnt do my homework very well, as it is definitely not correct...appears to be for a 1990-95. so im looking around trying my best to find them and everywhere says the inside handles fit passenger and drivers side. HOWEVER. toyotaoverstock.com says they are DIFFERENT location numbers 69207 and 208 LH RH

can anyone confirm this? i can not find anywhere that specifies two different numbers

These should be the correct handles and bezels. They even come with the clip retainer that you need. The retainers get very brittle and you'll be amazed at how well the doors open with new clips.

new is a one piece, like you pictured

old is two pieces, a bezel and a handle, which is still attached to the truck
