Exclamation 87 4runner electrical problem

My friend and me were trying to time my 4runner. I told him to short the connectors in the diagnosis port but instead of the T to E1 port he shorted the B+ port to the e1. There was a spark and the truck stopped running. So i know it shorted some sensor or the ECU. Was wondering what i should check first. Also now the check engine codes are coming up i have had a few different codes. One was oxygen sensor, one was AFM, and another TPS, and few others if i remember correctly. Never had check engine codes show before this. But it has different codes on every check doesn't show all them at once. Please help i wanna get my truck up and running again.

Did you check all of the fuses in the fuse box by the battery and inside the truck behind the driver side kick panel ?.
