86 Shackle length

86 Shackle length
I was taking a look at my rear shackles the other day(you crawl under your truck for no good reason too...admit it!), and noticed my rear shackles, they seem huge.
I'll post up a measurment and picture tommorow, but eyeballing it they're about 5" long, with a center "anti-twist" bolt. I read on 4crawler that the stock length is only 2".
I'm also really curious because my truck isn't lifted(yet), and it's rear rim-fender height is about 12 1/2".
If these arn't stock, I'll be pretty happy, as the front mounts look unchanged, so I might already have the shackles for my 63" Chevy swap.

i dont know about the length but i know the chevys are about 1/4" wider than the stockers at least on my 00 tacoma so you might have the same problem. i had to fab up some ghetto shackles because of that
