86 sas
any one ever seen some one taking the stock steering arms off the knuckle, when doing a sas, and flipping them over. then welding a plate to the once top side and using them like a high steer/cross over system?if so what should i look for to break first, or do i even need to worry about it?

... IMO dont mess with modding a stock steering arm to turn it into a highsteer arm.. is it really worth risking loosing controll due to a broken arm.. spend the money and buy a high steer kit.. many places are making them now.. i think Trail-Gear is the cheapest right now.... but thats my .02 cents
