Started a break job on my 86 4Runner...not going so well...
--six lug rotors, front disk breaks, M/T alcoa auto-locking 4x4

Rotors were shot, so it's more than just the disk breaks that need replacing.
I ran into troubles right now getting everything off so that I can take off the old rotors.

-Calipers are hanging and off
-took the hub cap off and most of the internal pieces...already got most springs and pressure clamps off...down to a large silver circle cap and the internal bronze...don't have the tool or the know to get this off / rotor off.

Anyone changed this kind of autolock, etc.??

I can upload pictures tomorrow no problem, I thought this was going to be alot quicker and less painful.
Good fun so far though.
