Thanks for the quick reply! Yes sir, its winch capable. I was told it has a dime sized ding on the very underside, but is practically new otherwise.

No, but I'll have to give it a look.

 

one mod you will want to make is to the shackle holes. i cut some 3/8 plate, drilled 1" holes to match the bumper and welded them in place. this strengthens the shackle mounts considerably and will keep them from bending if used for extraction.
