#4 Injector leaking (spraying)

So I had to replace my HG and at the same time I did the timing chain and had the injectors cleaned and match flowed. Well I got it all back together, used gas to lubricate the o-rings and all. Fired it right up, when I shut it down I heard some spraying, the #4 injector is spraying fuel from about 1/3 of the o-ring side.

Is there anything I can do other than remove the fuel rail and try again?

Think the only choice you have is to pull the rail.

Use a touch of engine oil as a lube.

yes use oil on the o-rings, also make sure they are tight on the injectors.

You could try to rotate it slighty, maybe the seal is pinched alittle. They should spin freely anyway, so if its tight no bueno.

I just popped the intake manifold off, the o-ring was bad... had a flat spot. New o-ring and away it went....

now to find my timing light.
