4 inch IFS lift and spacers?
Has anyone ran a whatever brand 4 inch IFS lift and still ran Sdori BJ spacers and rear spacers on a 94 4runner for a little added susp. with out having to run a rediculous body lift. I did a bunch of build up re-search and havnt seen anyone attempt it, I was just wondering if it was possible and if anyone has done it. I just want to stay far away from body lifts and funds are tight for a SAS at the momment with a kid on the way
Right now my rig is on 36x12.5 with the spacers front and rear and an OME coil in the rear, 4 inches in the back about 3.5 in the front with t bar crank, the truck has been like this for years and performs great I would just like a little more clearance with out having to touch a body lift. My goal would like to be to relax the bars for some flex and add drop brackets and full 4 inch coil in the rear and still run spacers front and back giving the truck 6 rear and 5.5 front? Any imput from all you guys would greatly be appreciated

Yeah, it's been done. Can't remember who though. Maybe they'll chime in. I've been thinking about adding them to my pickup and relaxing the t-bars a bit. Not sure yet though.
Sorry I didn't add much...

Yes, in fact it was elripster who installed a set on his old truck with a 4" lift when the spacers were first designed.

Kinzer has a 4'' bracket lift and then BJ spacers in front and shackles in the back on top of that. I think hes runnin 36s right now? Either way its pretty huge for IFS

how about the rear for 4runners, so say you have a 4 inch IFS bracket lift and 1.5 spacers you got 5.5 in the front, rear 2 inch spacers and a 4 inch coil, that should work? full kits come with longer arms for the rear and a drop bracket for the lower arms correct? so the truck should end up 5.5 front 6 inches in the rear. What about drive shaft angle problems for the rear? do you think that will be an issue since i cant wedge it or anything like you can with a leaf sprung truck. And as far as it being big for an IFS truck I dont think its that bad, I just need a little more clearance for the 36's and personally id much rather SAS the truck but like I said thats not too likely since I have a baby on the way

Usually above 4" lift in the back of the 2nd gen 4Runner, you may need to go to longer and adjustable rear control arms:

Longer arms help relocate the axle back to stock position (front-back) and the adjustable ends let you dial in the pinion angle.
Also, a dropped panhard bracket is typically needed to relocate the axle back to stock position (side-side) and to keep the drive shaft from hitting the gas tank skid plate as the suspension droops:

I was looking at this kit for the time being to add to the BJ/Rear coil spacers that I already have
http://www.roughcountry.com/suspensi...r_90-95_5.html
It looks like the panhard drop should def come with that, not to mention my panhard is already longer than stock right now too so im not really all that worried about side to side centering of the axle. The control arms that come with that kit appear to be the same as the ones that ALLPRO has. Once again I know rough country stuff isnt that good. Any 2nd runner guys out there that have done a similar set up that I can get pics from or chime in?
In order to fix any pinion angle wouldnt the upper bars have the be the adjustable ones?
