3VZE swap help
Trying to swap my motors right now making quite a bit of progress just have a few questions.
1. Do i have to take the intake off to get the wiring harness out the new motor has a different one and its been hacked off by the recyclers that i got the motor from.
2.I have been doing alot of searching to find somebody who may have done this before but can't find anything so if anybody on here knows where i can find more helpful information it would be very appreciated! Thanks

More info is needed to answer any of your questions. What are you swapping? And from what model years. I can see that one is a 3VZE, I assume the other is also a 3.0? What years?
But, assuming you are taking a 3.0 out and are asking about getting the wiring harness disconnected from the motor that is currently in your rig, no, you do not have to remove the intake manifold, but you do need to remove the intake plenum. The plenum is the large aluminum chamber on the top of the motor that the throttle body bolts to. You will need to remove that to get access to the harness connections under the plenum. There is a large sensor block at the back of the motor that you need disconnect from also.
In addition, the fuel rails are under the plenum, the easiest way to get the fuel line disconnected from the passenger rail is to remove the plenum.
Good luck,
Mike

https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f160/ start reading there.
The only thing I can think of that would be different is that your is 2wd and the crossmember is in a different place. You might need a custom oil pan to clear it. But if you research it you will figure it out.

oh idk how i came up with 2wd. maybe cuz you said 92.
It will be a challenge but if you keep at it you should be fine. Read through the build threads a few times and you will pretty much know whats going on.
