3vze swap

3vze swap
I just swapped a 94 3vze for my stock 90 3vze.
truck is running fairly well. I have 2 main problems.
1: not getting a charge from them alt. new battery and starter,
alt tested good. no blown fuses.
2: now throwing codes 24 31 43 and 52.
I am using old harness had to swap a couple of electrical clips. to knock sensor and starter.
