So OP, your O2 sensor is GONE? Not good.
knock sensor is a PITA & will make it have ZERO power as it reduces your spark advance to 0 degrees BTDC.

Just look up the thread on relocating the knock sensor. Get one cheap on ebay or at a junk yard and buy a new wire from the dealer. Then you just need to drill a hole in your rear engine hoist hook and thread tap it. screw your new KS in there and plug 'er up to the harness. 30 min. job instead of 8 hrs! I did this on my new 4runner and the code disappeared. I'm a little worried about the sensor's ability to detect knocks from the 1, 3, and 5 holes but I retarded the timing a little to 5-7 degrees BTDC to take care of any possible knocking.

the knock sensor is a pain to get to....but it's NOWHERE NEAR 8 HOURS OF WORK.
i could be to my knock sensor and have it out in about 30-45 mins..
takes me like 3mins to take the upper intake manifold off, maybe 20 minutes to get the lower off, then a few minutes to get at the sensor.

Well, I guess I was exaggerating a little bit. But either way, reloacating it is WAY less of a hassle. Plus ya don't need all the gaskets and stuff. Grab the parts at a junkyard - save time and money.
