Same busted cam w/me... I found cams on eBay for under $50 w/shipping. I went with one from RockAuto for $75 because it had a lifetime warranty. Good luck if that chinese flea-bay one is no good, but they could be the same cam for all I know...
I put both cams back in the head and measure the lifter clearance. It's about 3-4 thousand's less on the new cam. I mic'd the lobs and they're right at 7 thousand's larger than the original, which is likely do to 250K miles of wear and the new one has some kind of coating on the lobes which I'm sure will quickly wear off.
