30mm main transmisson bolt

I think that is what I would call it. It is underneath the tail shaft of the trans. where it sits on the crossmember. It seems to be allowing the trans to move up and down slightly because it is not right and secure. I'm just confused because I've unthreaded and put the bolt back in twice and it will only go in that far.

It looks like the rubber in the mount is broken, that big bolt is really just there to keep the movement of the rubber limited, and limits movement if the rubber breaks. If the 4 bolts on the crossmember are tight, and the 4 bolts on the trans are tight, and the trans moves around then the mount is broken.

Mine looks like that too. I made a similar post 10 posts down lol.
Seems like its supposed to be like that. But when i google image the part the stud/bolt is shown as being flush.
Edit: holy wow my mount is messed
My transmission is sitting 1-2" lower than it should be if thats what my mount is supposed to look like. Might explain why im getting vibration in 5th gear.

It doesn't really "move" around, but it does allow slight wiggle, enough where you can tell it should be just a bit more secure. I didn't mean to sound like my trans was playing jump rope under the truck haha but it does look like our rubber mounts are tanked. Is that part available?? Or is it dealer special order?
